Muppet Interlude

Just wanted to let you know about my experiment - I've started a weekly "Blog Roundup" of State Department blogs that I know about... and that includes yours! ... and their noteworthy happenings in the past week.
It's my way of trying to make it easier for everyone to keep up -to see who is out there - and what everyone is doing.
Indeed the roundup is a great idea, and how I found your blog. I have to giggle at the Swedish Chef. My oldest first real girlfriend was a Swedish girl he met at school here in Frankfurt. His little brothers who never pass up a chance to be a pain in the rear, began to make a point of playing youtube clips of the Swedish Chef when ever she was over at the house.
My family is from the San Antonio area, I grew up in Marion (talk about your teeny tiny town), but we have family scattered around Bexar and Guadalupe counties. I do have one sister-in-law who lives in Leander just north of Austin. My husband says he knows where Sweeney is, he says hunting country. You can take the boy out of TX but apparently you can't take TX out of the boy. Good luck with the FS and hopefully the wait won't be too much longer.
